Course organized by TEAM mastery
April 11, 2025

Introduction:

Regulations (EU) 2023/707 and 2024/2865 are two very important updates to the CLP published in the last two years.

The first introduces new hazard classes, not yet adopted in the GHS, which poses new challenges for companies and introduces new assessments to be conducted.

On the other hand, the second brings many changes to all the classification and labelling requirements we are used to, with impacts on labelling, with new obligations on sizes and changes to exemptions.

This course aims to illustrate the innovations and changes introduced by both.
