L’8 maggio 2024<\/strong>, la Commissione Europea ha chiesto a ECHA<\/a> di ampliare la proposta di restrizione del REACH per includere altre 12 sostanze al cromo (VI). Questo aggiornamento si aggiunge alla richiesta originale del settembre 2023 che riguardava esclusivamente il triossido di cromo e l\u2019acido cromico.<\/p>\n

Ora, l’incarico aggiornato copre le sostanze al cromo (VI) elencate nelle voci 16-22 e 28-31<\/strong> della Lista di Autorizzazione REACH, oltre a considerare altre sostanze come il cromato di bario. La nuova scadenza per la proposta di restrizione \u00e8 l’11 aprile 2025<\/strong>. ECHA lancer\u00e0 una seconda raccolta di evidenze a giugno e terr\u00e0 un webinar il 6 giugno 2024<\/strong> per discutere i risultati e le ulteriori informazioni necessarie.<\/p>\n
