La decisione arriva dopo anni di rinvii e difficolt\u00e0, tra cui il parere negativo del Regulatory Scrutiny Board sulla proposta iniziale e le criticit\u00e0 legate all\u2019impatto su industria e competitivit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Nel breve periodo, ci\u00f2 significa maggiore stabilit\u00e0 normativa per le aziende, ma anche il permanere di un contesto di incertezza sulle future evoluzioni della disciplina.
