Presentation of the course
While Plant Protection Products and Biocidal Products are regulated under their own EU frameworks, REACH still applies – and non-compliance can mean costly consequences.
Join us for this practical and focused online training to uncover how REACH intersects with the Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR) and the Plant Protection Products Regulation (1107/2009). Learn what’s required for your active substances, co-formulants, and final products – and how to ensure your registrations, SDSs, and declarations meet REACH obligations.
Whether you’re a manufacturer, importer, regulatory professional, or compliance officer, this training will give you the tools to bridge the regulatory gaps and avoid fines, delays, or rejections.
This course is aimed at professionals working in the fields of Regulatory Affairs Professionals for PPPs and Biocides, Chemical Safety and Compliance Officers, Product Stewardship / EHS Managers, Only Representatives (ORs) under REACH, Manufacturers and Importers of Active Substances for Plant Protection and Biocides, Authorities and Inspectors, SDS Authors and CLP Classification Specialists
Sectors that should take part are: Agrochemical Industry, Biocides Industry, Chemical Manufacturing, Importers and Distributors of PPPs & Biocides, Contract Research and Regulatory Affairs Organisations (CROs/RAOs)
