The document “Catalogue of borderline cases between articles and substances/mixtures”, that assesses some of the most common borderline cases between the REACH definitions of article and substance/mixture, has been published.
The aim of the document is to help authorities, productors and downstream users to evaluate articles and substances/mixtures, by sharing a list of cases already agreed by the members of the working group on borderline cases. It will be periodically updated by ECHA.
