CLH Registry Update

ECHA has updated the Registry of CLH intentions, listing proposals for the harmonised classification of substances.

Proposals are submitted by Member States, manufacturers, or downstream users and can be tracked until the Committee for Risk Assessment (RAC) adopts its opinion.

Interested parties can provide relevant information early in the process or during the public consultation. The status “Opinion Adopted” marks the conclusion of the evaluation.
