EU/EAA national helpdesks have received, during 2022, almost 43000 questions, meanwhile the ECHA helpdesk received about 9500 questions, counting both regulatory and IT inquiries. The survey reflects the activities related to BPR, REACH and CLP regulations in 34 countries, showing a predominant number of inquiries in the biocides field, with the popular topic of national authorizations.
