ECHA is verifying the size of micro, small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) that have registered substances between 2016 and 2019 under REACH and benefitted from reduced fees.
Check your REACH-IT and ensure that you declared your enterprise’s size correctly. This has to be demonstrated by uploading the relevant documents in your REACH-IT account.
Failing to demonstrate the correct company’s size may trigger an administrative charge up to 20.000 €.
