ECHA has recently updated its guidance regarding the assessment of PBT substances to incorporate the latest scientific advancements, revised data requirements under REACH, and adaptations resulting from recent changes to REACH annexes related to ecotoxicological information.
This updated guidance, which received input from the PBT expert group, Member State authorities, and stakeholders, covers various aspects, including:
- Assessment of PBT/vPvB properties (Chapter R.11)
- Specific guidance for endpoints (Chapter R.7b)
