Imports in India: IUPAC names and CAS numbers must be disclosed starting from October 2023

India has mandate companies to disclose IUPAC names and CAS numbers in the Chemical Import Declarations after the 1^st of July 2023.

With circular No.18/2013-Customs, CBIC announced that the effective date for mandatory declaration of these information for imported products is postponed to the 1^st of October 2023.
