As already anticipated, we remind companies that as of January 1, 2023, the requirements for labeling of packaging will come into effect. In this regard, we point out the publication on the website of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security of Decree No. 360 of September 28, 2022, by which the Labeling for packaging Guidelines were adopted pursuant to Article 219, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree No. 152 of April 3, 2006.
The MITE guidelines, which were elaborated taking into account the guidelines proposed by CONAI (National Packaging Consortium), are available for consultation at this link.
