ECHA has updated the practical guide “How to act in dossier evaluation”, a useful resource for understanding how to correctly apply the latest testing guidance when checking the compliance of REACH registration dossiers.
The document also clarifies the applicable requirements and the conditions under which changes to the tonnage band, or the inclusion of new relevant information can be considered during the dossier evaluation decision-making process.
