The European Commission has adopted the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1490 of 24 July 2025, which will enter into force on the 20th day following its publication. This is an update of the fees related to biocides under Regulation (EU) 564/2013, adjusted to the cumulative inflation rate of 19.5% recorded between 2021 and 2023. Companies operating in the biocides sector should therefore review the new costs.
