ECHA has published the following documents related to setting shelf-life and post-authorisation conditions:
- “Technical Agreements for Biocides Analytical Methods, Physico-Chemical Properties and Physical Hazards” (APCP) (version 4.0, September 2023)
- “Technical agreements for biocides Efficacy” (EFF) (December 2023)
These documents are applicable from August 15, 2023, for all current and new national, simplified, and Union product authorization applications. It is considered outdated to use earlier versions of these papers.
