ECHA has published its fourth report on the implementation of the REACH and CLP Regulations reviewing the progress achieved during the 2021–2025 period.
While previous years were primarily focused on completing REACH registrations, the emphasis has now shifted to the systematic evaluation of substances already registered. The objective is to accelerate the identification of potential risks, strengthen risk management measures, and promote more targeted and effective data generation.
Among the key findings of the report, ECHA highlights that data quality issues and incomplete dossiers continue to represent significant challenges. For companies, the message is clear: keeping REACH registrations up to date, complete, and consistent with the latest available information is no longer just good practice, but an increasing regulatory expectation. Proper dossier management has become essential to ensure compliance and reduce the risk of additional requests from competent authorities.
TEAM mastery supports manufacturers, importers, and downstream users in the management and updating of REACH registrations, providing technical and regulatory expertise to maintain compliance with European requirements and effectively address the evolving expectations of regulatory authorities.
