Reg. (EU) 2024/2865, which amends the CLP regulation, was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 20 November.
This regulation includes numerous new provisions, such as rules relating to the readability of labels and digital labelling, sales of products without packaging, classification of substances and mixtures in relation to CMR, ED HH, ED ENV, PMT, PBT, vPvM, vPvB, the expected increase in Harmonized Classifications, C&L notifications, PCN notifications, advertising and much more.
