ECHA updated the list of relevant substances and suppliers under Article 95 of the Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR). Relevant substances are the combinations of active substances (AS), and substances generating an active substance, with the product-type(s) (PT) for which a dossier (“the complete substance dossier”) has been submitted and accepted/validated by a Member State under the BPR or Directive 98/8/EC. The substances listed in Annex I, Category 6 of the BPR are also subject to the Article 95 obligations.
It includes the name and country of the relevant suppliers, if they are substance suppliers and/or product supplier, and the date of their inclusion in the list.
