TEAM mastery will attend the 13th World Congress on Alternatives and Animal Use in the Life Sciences, taking place in Rio de Janeiro from August 31 to September 4, 2025.
This major international event brings together scientists, policymakers, industry leaders, and regulatory authorities to share and discuss innovative methods aimed at reducing reliance on animal models.
This year’s main theme will be “3Rs Integrating 3 Worlds: Human, Animal, and Environmental Health.”
On Thursday, September 4, from 9:30 to 11:00 AM, our Costanza Rovida will hold a speech focused on reducing the use of animals in DIT (Developmental Immunotoxicology) research.
The presentation will explore new approaches to designing more efficient experiments that reduce the number of animals used without compromising statistical rigor and highlight the potential of leveraging existing data and advanced computational models – including virtual control groups – to minimize redundancy in animal testing.
