Under the EU Prior Informed Consent (PIC) Regulation (Article 10), companies that export or import chemicals listed as banned or severely restricted in the EU must report the quantities traded during the previous calendar year to their Designated National Authority (DNA).
The reporting must be completed annually via the ePIC IT tool. For chemicals traded in 2025, the deadline for submission is 31 March 2026.
