In its latest meeting in May, the Biocidal Products Committee (BPC) discussed and adopted several scientific opinions, including assessments on the approval and renewal of active substances under the Biocidal Products Regulation. In particular, it adopted three opinions on the approval of active substances and four opinions on the renewal of active substances.
The next BPC meeting will take place virtually from 7 to 10 September 2026.
