Presentation of the course

This training provides a comprehensive overview of the new EU restrictions on microplastics under the REACH Regulation, including definitions, scope, and regulatory obligations. Participants will gain practical insights into affected products, transitional periods, supply chain communication, and reporting duties to ECHA. Participants will: Discover how the new EU microplastics restriction impacts their products and what legal obligations they need to meet; Learn how to confidently identify whether their products are affected, benefit from exemptions, or fall under transitional periods; Get clear, practical guidance on what to communicate across the supply chain and how to report to ECHA using IUCLID.
