Introduction:
The correct management of chemical products, as substances, mixtures or articles, imported from countries outside the EU, is a highly debated issue among companies. Chemical products must comply with the REACH and CLP Regulations, but identifying which role a company play in the supply chain according to the regulations, is not always an easy task, so fulfilling the obligations that come with it isn’t easy either.
With the intensification of inspections at customs, it is certainly necessary to become aware of these aspects and delve deeper into the topic of imports from a REACH and CLP perspective to avoid incurring fees.
