In its weekly news, ECHA published the draft agenda of the next BPC meeting that will be held on the 1st and 2nd of March, 2023. We highlight that one of the topics will be the request for a BPC opinion on re-assessing the risk on the environment (soil compartment) of ADBAC/BKC for the use in biocidal products of PT 2 (disinfectants and algaecides not intended for direct application to humans or animals).
Hopefully, ECHA shall adopt its opinion by 30 June, 2023.
