On October 21, 2022, Regulation (EU) 2023/66, amending Regulation (EU) 2021/821 setting up a Union regime for the control of exports, brokering, technical assistance, transit and transfer of dual-use items, was published on the Official Gazette.
We invite you to check if the substances you manage, that are subject to transit and/or export abroad, are included in the scope of this regulation, to be aware of all the new possible obligations you will need to comply with.
