The New GB Regime has officially started in 1st January 2021.
Pay attention to be compliant with all the deadlines!
Ongoing Evaluations for active substances and products must be re-submitted to HSE:
- By 31 March 2021 (if UK was rMS or eCA)
- By 29 June 2021 (if UK was not rMS or eCA)
It is also important to note that:
- By 31 December 2021, the authorisation holder must be established in the UK
- By 31 December 2022, the active substance supplier must be compliant with GB Article 95 list
Companies affected by Brexit are highly reccommended to act now!
